As a Marine Corps veteran and a survivor of homelessness and addiction, I know what it’s like to struggle without much hope for the future. I understand the ins and outs of anxiety and depression, and the feeling of those around you not having confidence in your personal journey. It can be overwhelming to find yourself in a new position in life—aiming for greatness yet unsure why things aren’t improving despite your conscious efforts. Personally, those feelings of overwhelm led me to seek spiritual guidance, relying on a power greater than myself to restore me to sanity.

Before studying clinical hypnotherapy, I trained professionally in acting. But without a solid foundation, my talent was all over the place, and I quickly found myself struggling to continue. I didn’t know where to turn, but I asked my Higher Power for guidance. I knew I wanted to be of service spiritually, but studying Reiki and Massage Therapy didn’t resonate with me at the time. That’s when I was introduced to HMI College of Hypnotherapy in Tarzana, CA. I enrolled quickly and found profound transformation while learning empowering and effective ways to help clients create lasting change in their lives.

Through this life-changing experience, I earned a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and an Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS) Degree in Mind-Body Psychology from HMI College of Hypnotherapy, graduating with honors from both programs. I am also a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing, along with several other certifications that allow me to provide holistic care for those I serve. Personally, I’ve found that hypnotherapy has helped me step into the most authentic and powerful version of myself, and I hope to provide that same opportunity to anyone seeking an alternative to traditional therapy.
